How can I sign up on the U of M Patient Portal?

When will I be able to see my test results on MyUofMHealth?
After your doctor has reviewed your test results, your u of m patient portal account can access your test results. While most Outpatient results will be released within 3-4 days, some may take up to 90 days. After approximately 24 hours, admission results can be viewed in the portal. Most of the results will be viewable in the portal after discharge.
Why is MyUofMHealth not displaying my test results?
Your test results that a non-U.M. physician ordered will not be displayed in MyUofMHealth, even though they were performed at U-M. Click on the “include hospital result” button if your tests were performed in the Emergency Room.
Where can I get lab blood tests or a prescription filled?
MLabs offers blood draw services for adults and children at all University of Michigan Health System locations. You must submit your completed MLabs Requisition at the reception when you arrive. You can check with the receptionist if you don’t have one or if it is possible to get one online. Routine services are available without an appointment.
How do I cancel a MyUofMHealth appointment?
MyUofMHealth allows you to cancel appointments directly. Click on “Appointments” to cancel your appointment. If the appointment is less than 24 hours away, you can’t cancel via MyUofMHealth, and cancellation can be made only by telephone.
